2. No agency or brokerage relationship created online

Viewing the Website, submitting a form, receiving general information, or communicating through the Website does not by itself create a broker-client, fiduciary, agency, exclusive-representation, or other professional relationship. Any representation relationship must be established through the disclosures and written agreements required by the applicable brokerage and the laws of the state where services are provided.

Do not send confidential information or information that could harm your negotiating position until the applicable relationship and confidentiality obligations are confirmed in writing.

The applicable brokerage and state disclosures govern each transaction.

4. Property, market, and valuation information

Property descriptions, availability, prices, taxes, school information, maps, measurements, photographs, estimated values, mortgage calculations, market data, and similar information may come from owners, public records, multiple-listing services, vendors, or other third parties. Such information may be incomplete, delayed, changed, withdrawn, or inaccurate and is not guaranteed.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue unless the parties later agree in writing to another lawful process. These Terms do not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, services, or law. Updated Terms become effective when posted, subject to any notice required by law.
